4. Goods

Physical items such as printed workbooks and merchandise are available for purchase. Shipping details are outlined at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching and Live Sessions

We accept refund requests up to 7 calendar days before the session date. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. You may also transfer your session to a future date upon request, subject to availability. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

5.2 Digital Info Products

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of download. After access to the full content, we reserve the right to deny reimbursement to protect intellectual property. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days.

5.3 Physical Goods

If an item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days via our contact form. Once the product is received in original condition, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Customers cover return shipping unless the defect is confirmed.

5.4 Non-Refundable Services

Certain retreats and limited workshops incur non-refundable fees due to venue booking and material preparation. Please review the event details carefully before purchase.
